Discover Scuba Diving is a great introduction to the PADI Open Water Course. During your experience, we will introduce you to the SCUBA equipment that you’ll dive on. In our spacious purpose built training pool, you’ll learn how fun and easy it is to move around, explore and breathe underwater, while being taught and supervised by our experienced and friendly PADI Professionals.
Our Discover Scuba Divers learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to make an open water dive. If dive with us in the ocean, you’ll practice a few more skills in shallow water to prepare you for your underwater adventure.

The PADI Open Water Course is just the beginning. After some dive theory and knowledge development, five training sessions in the pool and four scuba dives in the ocean, our dedicated, experienced Instructors will take you on a journey of a life time!
Our course start dates and duration are entirely flexible and geared around you. We teach only small groups and can provide private, one-to-one instruction if required. Upon certification, you will be qualified to dive down to a depth of 18m worldwide. We include the latest PADI Digital Open Water Manual, as well as your very own Diving Log Book.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
2 Days to Complete
After your PADI Open Water Course, you can continue your education and experiences by exploring a series of Adventure Dives, to improve and extend your scuba diving skills.
As part of this, we will train you in Deep and Navigation Diving. During the Deep Adventure Dive, you’ll learn how to plan dives to deal with the physiological effects and challenges of deeper scuba diving up to 30m.
The Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive refines and extends your compass navigation skills, teaching you to navigate efficiently underwater using kick-cycles, compass headings, natural references and time.
Beyond these two dives, you will plan your own individual learning path with one of our experienced Instructors, bychoosing three more Adventure Dives as part of your Course. Choose from Night, AWARE Fish Identification, Drift, Search and Recovery, Wreck, Boat, Peak Performance Buoyancy, and Underwater Naturalist.
Upon certification, you’ll be qualified to dive up to a maximum depth of 30mand access a whole new world of dive sites across the globe!
Each Adventure Dive can also be credited towards becoming certified in the full PADI Specialty Course in that area.

PADI Rescue Diver
3 Days to Complete
During the Rescue Diver Course, you will learn how to prevent and manage problems in the water. You will also become more confident in your skills as a diver, knowing that you can help others if needed.
You learn how to become a better buddy by practising problem solving skills until they become second nature. Plus, the course is just fun – it’s serious, but still allows for lots of laughter along the way!
At Crystal Divers Mauritius, we offer a Rescue Diver training package, inclusive of the EFR Course and the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider Speciality Course, ensuring that you are fully qualified and certified to be able to assist in an emergency.
You will become prepared to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and practical exercises, you will learn what to look for, and how to respond.
Requirements:
PADI Junior Adventure Diver with the Navigation Dive
EFR within 24 months (Refresher available)

PADI Emergency First Response
Emergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in non-professionally trained rescuers, to increase their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. We will learn how to follow the steps for emergency care, and practice applying skills in a nonstressful learning environment. All courses are supported by self-study manuals and videos to enhance learning.
EFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings.
EFR courses are based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care.

PADI Divemaster
The PADI Divemaster course teaches you to be a leader and take charge of dive activities.
